Swiss Chard With Olive Oil and Garlic

2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 bunch swiss chard, stems cut off and chopped ,
leaves rinsed and cut into 2 inch pieces
Add oil to medium skillet .
Heat on medium and add garlic and red pepper
Heat until garlic is transluscent, about two minutes.
Add chopped swiss chard and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add leaves and cook until reduced to small amount in pan ..about 5 minutes
Season with salt and pepper.
Can be topped with grated parmesan cheeseĀ
